In the last minute of "Life Is Changing" you can hear "Azymuth - Jazz Carnival (Space Jazz Mix)" being mixed in, followed by a fade-out to end the mix.

DJ Sneak is beloved among house heads around the world as one of the most famous and popular DJ’s of the second wave of the Chicago scene. Sneak’s deep, yet funky style is exemplified by this mix, one that I feel is the best I’ve ever heard of his. It includes many rare, sought-after house tracks, and has that deep hypnotic groove that Sneak is famous for without being too repetitive or minimal. This is the sound of Chicago house that was contemporary to Daft Punk’s first album and provided the ground work for the French house and UK disco house genres that followed in the mid-to-late 90’s.

That track is not credited on the cover and makes it effectively 17 tracks in total on this CD. To me it looks like the entire mix was taken from a live recording (mix tape?) which might also explain the rather low sound levels.However the selection is quite good and reflects some of the hottest club house tunes in 1996. And yes, that Manhattan Project track is quite a mystery as there doesn't seem to be a corresponding release here on Discogs. Either it was titled wrongly or it has never been released and was only available as a promo. I guess only DJ Sneak knows.

Infectious, clever house riffed through with funk beats and jazzy trills. Guaranteed head-bobbing. As close to a live club session with DJ Sneak as you can get on your own stereo. His own track, "Special K," is just made to get happy to!
