Strength Through Joy. Profile: Neofolk duo comprised of Richard Leviathan and Timothy Jenn, with the occasional assistance of Douglas P. (Death in June).
The second album of STRENGTH THROUGH JOY is also great but could not reach the high level of the debut. Though it is a regular 2-disc release, there are basically seven songs that come in two versions each. Again it is inventory and greatly produced by Douglas P. of DEATH IN JUNE; so it is to be recommended to every fan of the genre. Up to this date it was never re-released; so it´s not easy to get for a fair price. So if you can lay your hands upon it, do it! Reply Notify me Helpful.
