Fetid-Sentient Pile of Amorphous Rot - 100%. TexanCycoThrasher, June 7th, 2018. Fetid is another, relatively new band out of the recent crop of OSDM worship bands that seem to be arising from every corner of the map. I was lucky enough to have caught them on a whim last January on their west coast tour with Mortiferium in Dallas. And Fetid is truly a proper term for this band’s four track introduction to the world. Whoever did the mixing on this, in my humble opinion, deserves a medal. The low lurching sounds that slither forth from my speakers, have this, for the lack of a better term, meaty sound to them. Every instrument is equally represented in this cacophony of filth, another layer oozing, with the belched, Craig Pillard-esc, vocals being the cherry on the top. For this being a demo, it is amazingly well put together.
